Simon Ian Rhodes II is the older brother of Stanford, and 188th in line for the British throne. He appeared in StormShocker and is mentioned in Spawn Hunters, Full Throttle, and Sol Survivor. Outwardly, he seems quite self-absorbed, even worse than Stanford was at the beginning of the series, and does not seem to have much personality beyond his overblown ego. But despite Simon's unlikeable nature, his younger brother still cares for him dearly.
