The Shadow Zone is an alternative dimension that exists parallel to the Multiverse. It was an unintended byproduct of the creation of the Multiverse. Any creatures from the multiverse that get stuck in it for to long, or defeated by Shadow Speeders, will cause them to transform into mindless Shadow Speeders. their only purpose is to stop any other beings from escaping causing them to become Shadow Speeders as well. However, the Antimater in Red Sentients will react with the Shadow Matter in the Shadow Zone causing them to go supernova and destroy the Multiverse.

The Shadow Zone[]
In the Volcano Battle Zone, Vert and Zoom attempted to form the SkyKnife and Rawkus took them to the Shadow Zone and stopped time. They fought the Shadow Speeders and entered The Hub where they discovered the Blue Sentient minds were inside Sage 's mind. The Shadow Speeders ambushed them. Zoom had almost turned into a Shadow Speeder so they rushed to escape and made it back to the Volcano Battle Zone.
Shadow Runners[]
Vert and Agura tried to fuse their vehicles to form RazorClaw, Vert entered the Fusion Vortex and Krytus entered instead of Agura. Krytus's Antimatter interacted with the Fusion Vortex resulting in a fusion jump to the Shadow Zone. Krytus told Vert about how his shell will erode causing him to go supernova and destroy the Multiverse. They fought Shadow Speeders and started contacting Battle Force 5 using Morse Code. They realised they needed to repair Krytus's shell that had been damaged by Shadow Speeders. So they went to the Ancient City Battle Zone and then the High Density Crystal Battle Zone where Vert Fixed Krytus's shell. Battle Force 5 and Red Sentient 5 worked together organize a rendezvous point in the Lightning Battle Zone where Agura launched a fuser into the breach between dimensions and Krytus and Vert went through the portal to the Lightning Battle Zone freeing them from the Shadow Zone and saving the Multiverse.
Total Revolution[]
Battle Force entered the Shadow Zone from the Reactor Battle Zone because they realized the Shadow Zone was Jack Wheeler's method of reaching the Primordiverse. Vert told the team to avoid all contact with Shadow Speeders and told them what they were. However, an energy pulse by one of the Shadow Speeders hit Helixion's shell this would cause him to go supernova and destroy the Multiverse because he is a Red and Blue Sentient Hybrid. The team managed to reach the Stormshock to the Badlands of the Primordiverse saving the Multiverse from the near explosion of Helixion. Shortly afterwards, Sherman and Spinner took the Sark into the Shadow zone and traveled to the Primordiverse. Kromulax interrogated Sherman for information on how they arrived and he told them about the Shadow Zone.
Kromulax took his forces into the Shadow Zone, so they could enter Modulon 5 due to the city being defenceless. Agura freed the Cortez brothers and stole the Penta Warriors from Kromulax, and Helixion taunted him allowing Agura to escape. Battle Force 5 and Helixion fought Bruterax and the Karmordials. Zoom used the Chopper to defeat Bruterax causing him to fall into the shadowy void to his presumed death. Helixion and Vert fused the Saber and Syfurious to form the Blast Blade which they used attack Karmordials throwing them into the void. Agura gave Helixion his brothers in hibernation and restored them. Battle Force 5 and Karmekaris escaped and used the Meta Key to seal the Dimensions separating the Shadow Zone from the Multiverse avoiding Kromulax's revenge. Helixion and the Penta Warriors stayed and merged into one being the size of Kromulax and the two beings attacked each other.
Environment[]
It's Identical to the Multiverse with few things different. All Battle Zones exist in this dimension. Time in the Shadow Zone works differently than in the Multiverse. Vehicles that enter the Shadow Zone while fused will stay fused while inside the zone.
