He led his team to fight Battle Force 5 and they captured Vert in a cave and stole his cloths to steal the Battle Key from his team. He stole the Battle Key from them and tried to return to the Desert Butte Battle Zone, However he was sedated by Negative Kalus and the team went back to the Battle Zone to Rescue Vert. Positive Vert Gave Negative Vert his shirt so his team would think it's him. The Negative Cortez brothers and the rest of his team beat him when he woke up in his Saber.
