Boralis (voiced by Michael Dobson) is a Blue Sentient member of the Council of Five who was first mentioned in Found!...and Lost and revived in Unite and Strike!. His Diad servant is Quardian. His Red Sentient twin could be either Kyburi or Kyrosys.
